STEP is introducing the next generation of micro-mobility with a vision to make green mobility accessible to everyone. We have launched our B2C “Product-as-a-Service” solution for Personal Light Electric Vehicles (PLEV’s), starting with electric kick scooters. We deliver hassle-free, ‘sustainable’ solutions that do not require upfront investment or any commitment. We remove the barriers in front of ownership of new mobility devices, which lack repair options and a reliable customer service – by offering free maintenance, repair and an excellent service. Majority of our clients use our devices for daily commuting (>90%) and live outside city centers (suburbs and rural areas, >75%). In addition to our direct-to-consumer proposition, we are currently exploring B2B solutions for corporate employees and various partnerships with car leasing companies and public transport operators.
